By accepting services from Legacy Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms:

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For larger projects or rentals, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Legacy Services reserves the right to suspend or refuse service for non-payment.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ, additional materials are present, or the scope of work increases.

Access to Property

The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area. Legacy Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from blocked access or unsafe conditions.

Property Damage & Liability

While we take care to protect your property, Legacy Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control (including but not limited to weak surfaces, improper installations, or hidden defects).

For services such as snow management, pressure washing, and sealcoating, minor surface imperfections or incidental marks may occur as part of normal operations. Legacy Services is not liable for damage to items not removed or properly secured prior to service.

Underground & Hidden Hazards

The customer is responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, wires, irrigation systems, or hidden hazards. Legacy Services is not liable for damage to unmarked or concealed items.

Weather & Scheduling

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled service. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service and timing of cancellation.

Dumpster Rentals & Materials

Customers agree not to overload equipment or dispose of prohibited materials. Additional fees may apply for excess weight, restricted items, or improper use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Services’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. Under no circumstances shall Legacy Services be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
